I am a Singapore Citizen married with a work permit holder. We wish to get a 3 Room resale flat.

May i know if i can use my CPF to purchase resale flat? This is my first time getting flat.

How is it calculated on how much i could from bank?

Morning Mr. Jee,

You can purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme. You will be eligible for single grant of $15k, if your current income does not exceed $5k. As for how much loan you will be eligible for, I can get my banker to contact you accordingly and work the figures out for you.
