i am a singapore citizen(27) and in 2 years time i will be getting married to a malaysian. Would it be possible for me to buy a resale flat? Would prefer a 3rm flat around the woodlands area. Can anyone tell me a rough estimate on the monthly cost for a 3rm flat around woodlands. Please and thanks. Can i also apply for a BTO? cos not too sure if i can since she is not even a PR here.
