Hi,

Your situation are as such:
Both of you will share the cost for SSD since it was bought last year, depending on which month you had bought and exactly when your case settled in Syariah court effective the transfer.

You may encountered 12% (1st 12 months) or 8% (next 12 months) SSD (seller stamp duty).
