I am a 35-year-old single Singaporean, looking to buy a property to live in.
Is it still possible to get a private propery (condominium or walk-up), minimum two bedrooms, in the $600-650k range? I would preferably not want to do too much renovation work.
I am looking around the following locations: Serangoon (and Serangoon North), Farrer Park/Rangoon road area, Kallang, Potong Pasir, Whampoa/Balestier, Paya Lebar, Kembangan, Bedok Reservoir, Pasir Ris Beach (Elias Road).
