I am 60 yrs old and I am planning to sell my JW HDB 3 rm flat (fulfilled MOP & $100k outstanding + $40k pledged to CPF ) for $300K plus & upgrade to resale MM condo abt. $500K.
The MM will be under me & my wife's name but my son will be helping us with the mortgage (annual income abt $100k but he did not want to add his name as only can loan 60%)
is my plan workable?
