Yes, it's possible. If you are a Singapore Citizen, you can purchase a HDB resale flat or a private residential. If you're a non-Singaporean, you may consider private residential.

Hi,

1) If you are an SC and your parents are foreigners. You will be eligible to buy an HDB flat under the Non-Citizen Family Scheme.
2) But note that you are only able to buy a resale flat as this scheme is not available for BTO.
3) If you are an SC and your parents are SC/SPR, you will be eligible under the Public Scheme. You may purchase a resale flat or BTO.
4) If you are an SPR and none of your parents are SC/SPR, then there will be no scheme available for you to buy an HDB flat as of current policy.
5) If you are under (4) situation, you can only consider a private residence.
