Hi Sir
I am assuming you intend to purchase a resale under single scheme getting married. This is a highly advisable move. Should you get married and add your wife name as an occupier, there is no impact on the loans and grants received. In fact, there is also no requirement for your wife to dispose off her overseas property as you are purchasing it under singles scheme not foreign spouse scheme (purchase after getting married). I am specialised in HDB transactions and have assisted various singles in getting their a resale. A vast majority of my buyers also do not have to incur any COV despite the sellers market we are currently facing. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussion on this.

Hi Sir,

I am puzzled. You mentioned that you're Single, but yet you have a Wife? If you have a Wife, you're married and you cannot qualify under Single Scheme.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
