Hi,my hubby and I are looking for a 3bdr unit @ Centris.
1) I can only sell my exec maisflat in April 2009 (5year min).Can I get an agent to help me sell this flat (@J.east)& buy a unit at Centris at the same time?
2) The going rate for my current house is ard 385-405k (transactions for the past 2 mths for the same 149 sqm size. It is fully-renovated (2nd level) but I got this at 255k. What is my flats app going rate?
3) If Im hypothetically able to sell my place for about 380k, I figure we'd be able to get abt $130k (according to CPF's calculator) after returning to CPF and incurred interest. Would this be 130K be in CASH or be returned full to the CPF.This is because, I need the 5% cash for downpayment for the Centris unit of our dream, and wonder if we can use the returns of sellinf our flat for a condo purchase.
4) What OTHER fees must be made in CASH, apart from the 5% downpayment for a condo.
