Hi RS,

Have u fulfilled the minimum occupation period before u make the decision? Do u intend to be permanently based overseas to make the decision to sell? It'll be good to keep your unit should you have future plans to be based permanently in Singapore and rent out your unit for passive income in my humble opinion. As fellow agents have pointed out, the last transacted price is $530k therefore it is a challenge to get $600k, something which I look forward in achieving. If I have the opportunity to assist you in your sale or probable rental which I have mentioned, feel free to contact me further for discussion.

Engage an agent who can assist with financial planning. The S&P process needs careful and confident planning with HDB, CPF, bank and lawyer etc.Recently my client bought a condo while 'holding on' to a HDB flat and they need the 'funds' for the condo. Hence, they have to sell their HDB unit. Call us if you need an opinion or check this site www.catherinepang.com Read More
