Hi Ms Yoke, a 2 bedroom unit at Citylights condo is already at around 1.2m. Why don't I give you a list of condo that are within your budget if you really prefer a 3 bedroom instead?

You are looking for purchase or rent? Because you stated your budget as 1.2k.

If I assume you are looking to purchase and you are looking at units with 2 beds 2 baths in Citylights, you might have to adjust up your budget up to around $1.4M (based on current asking price for similar units and past transacted units).
