The tenant is charging me $3500 /month for 3 rooms and we decided to vacate. 1 week after leaving. The tenant mentioned the sofa is spoil which had already been spoilt before we enter the premises and he is currently withholding the deposit and asking for compensation. What are the steps i can do to get back my deposit from money hungry tenant?
