Hi,

The MOP of my current 4rm flat in Hougang is Jan 2013. Upon TOP, I am considering upgrading to EC. I would like to seek advice on whether I should sell my flat first or rent it out until TOP of the EC. My concern is on the property outlook. Please enlighten me. Thanks
