The market is rather slow. So I am proposing a win-win idea for owner to swop their houses. I owe a freehold property that is within 1 km of Redhill MRT. It is 3 bedroom with utility. I would like to exchange my house for a 4 bedroom unit at Metropolitan. I am willing to pay extra for the Metropolitan.
It is suitable for seller who :
a. wants to owe a freehold property but need to take up a smaller loan than Metropolitan
b. wants a house that is fully-renovated and ready for rent
c. do not want to have the hassle or have time to manage house renovation
