Hi, my wife is forgeiner, she holding a work permit with income $3100, and I am a Singaporean with a SC baby, our income is only my wife $3100, may I know is it possible to get a bank loan with house income $3100? CPF $19,000 cash $10,000 intend to buy a hdb 3 room flat near my parent area Serangoon. Got any idea?
