Hi, it is possible to purchase the flat under the joint singles scheme as long as you meet the eligibility criteria as follows:

- You and all the co-applicants must be SCs
- Unmarried or divorced: 35 years old or above
- The flat must be bought jointly, i.e. each single SC must be listed as a co-applicant
For orphans
- If you are below 35 years old, you must not have another sibling who is below 35 years old buying/owning another flat under the:
Orphans Scheme
Single Singapore Citizen Scheme
Joint Singles Scheme

You may also wish to consider purchasing under the Non-Citizen Family Scheme.

Actually there are few schemes that both of you are eligible if conditions are met.

1) Joint singles scheme
2) single singapore citizen scheme
3) non citizen family scheme

You can purchase a resale unit under the first two schemes without the inclusion of your mom.

If you wish to include your mom into the application, only 1 of you will be required to form a family nucleus.
