Hi. My husband is a first timer and I'm a second timer. Can we purchase a resale hdb flat without touching my 50% proceeds from the sale of my previous house? Will both our CPF be wiped out to purchase a flat? And if both our CPFs and possible grants are enough to purchase a flat, do I still need to use 50% of my sales proceed? Thank you

Hi Mdm,

Yes, it is definitely possible. 50% cash proceeds is only if you opt to take a second HDB loan. Since you mentioned that both your CPF and grants are enough to cover the purchase, you need not take any loan, hence, there is no need for you to use any of your Cash proceeds.
