Hi, my girlfriend are looking for a studio apartment. Due to very tight budget, we cant find an affordable place through internet. May i know what is the cheapest market price for a studio apartment presently? Location wise try to be around north or abit far north such as woodlands or sembawang. Other locations for references welcome too.

Hi Steven,

I just have a new listing on studio unit at "The Alexis" - Freehold. Is facing hilltop and near MRT. Not sure if you can wait till TOP and or need immediate staying. Can consider this as Fire Sales as owner is urgently want to let go.
