My family and I are planning to move to Singapore from India around 2nd half of Feb 2020, and we're looking for an fully/partially furnished apartment (condominium) to rent from beginning of March 2020.
The requirements are as follows:
Area: We are looking for somewhere that will be around 30 - 40 mins by public transport (bus or MRT) commute to my wife’s office in Kallang.
Configuration: We'd like to consider one of the following options:
a) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, plus maid's room with her own bathroom, or
b) 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, or
c) 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, plus maid’s room with her own bathroom
Cost: SGD2,500-3,500 (preferably under SGD 3,000
Lease start date: Beginning of March 2020
Lease length: 1 year (minimum)
We are a family of 3 – my wife, our under 2 years toddler and me.
We intend to keep a live in maid and we would like to have a separate maid’s room and bathroom for her.
