Hi Mr Tan,

Basing on the latest cooling measure,

1. As a PR, if you are planning to get a private condo, you will have to sell your HDB within 6month.

2. After the return of CPF, repayment of outstanding loan, agent fees and other costs, the rest will likely be your cash proceeds. I will advise you to do a financial calculation.

3. For room rental, owner will have to reside in that unit.

4. New launch will likely to be cheaper than resale.
