Hi Mr Yuen,

You have to dispose your interest in your private property in Malaysia within 6 months from the completion of your resale flat. (either by transferring your interest to your relative or by selling it off)

In addition, none of you are not eligible for CPF housing grants as the requirement for housing grant will be at least one applicant must be Singaporean which both of you failed.

I will love to assist both of you in your HDB property purchase in Jurong West.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Warmest Regards,

Hi Mr Yuen,

You need to either sell or transfer your property in Malaysia within 6 months after taking possession of the HDB resale flat.

There are quite a few low COV flats in Jurong West. I can arrange for you to view.

Please contact me at 98628691  .

Thanks.
