Hi landlord fix agent just to help them to find tenants for them for a period of 1 yr.agent find for 1 yr lease and take 1 mths commision.
The commission is charged just for finding tenants for the moment.
Due to certain circumstances tenants seek landlord's help to extend the stay for another 3 mths or 6 mths or a 1yr,depends on tenants. Base on situation maybe the landlord agree to extend for the required time.
Since the first agreement is signed and expired.
Then why should Landlord pay agent fee just for the extension.
All landlord have to do is just let H.D.B. know that the tenants need to extend the stay due to certain reasons.Thats all.Landlord must H.D.B
Why should landlord pay the agent just to notify H.D.B.
