The religious element of the location is rather subjective, as we meet buyers with all sorts of preferences. However, most buyers in Singapore I have encountered are practical, so things like dust & noise might be a concern. On the other hand, we could also meet buyers who wish to be close to the religious venue due to their links with it.

Is there a particular reason why this issue has crossed your mind? Can I understand your requirements better so as to value-add from another angle? Thanks!

Warm regards,

Dear sir/madam,

Often, buyers make use of these elements to bargain about prices or excuses not to purchase, however an experienced salesperson will be able to handle these issues should a very potential buyer come into the picture. Typical issues a resident faces when residing in properties next to places of worship is the difficulty in driving in and out of the house due to the cars which followers may park in vicinity, or the prospective noise that maybe generated. I have sold about 12 months back where the immediate neighbour is a religious school and a Chinese temple. My team has also sold a property which is facing a cemetery directly. Do you need any further assistance?
