Hi, I'm Singapore citizen and my husband is LTVP holder. We would like to purchase a resale 3 room HDB. However, the HDB loan is based on my income only and HLE that we gotten is 204k only and my CPF is around 31k. Possible to appeal for HLE loan? Or possible to buy a resale HDB with little cash savings based on the details? As we don't have much cash on hand.

I have tried to appeal for a higher a HDB loan for some of my clients few of which is successful. The approval rate is very much dependent on your pay and circumstances.
