Hi,

I'm looking into buying a condo along River Valley. Particularly The Trillium along Kim Seng road.

Is this a good project and what price should I be looking at since The Cosmopolitan is going at $1300+psf. Less than a $1000psf perhaps for Trillium?

Or is it better for me to buy a landed property at D15 along Goodman area? I will be looking into buying a property this year but not too sure what will be the best buy. Please advice.
