Hi,
I'm just curious about vague contracts some landlords are creating themselves. They seem to be quite dodgy and slanted towards the landlord only. Are these kinds of contracts legal?

I have mistakenly signed one, and she is threatening to withhold my deposit.

Appreciate any response or ideas on how I can get my deposit back. Thank you
