Hi, i'm intending to buy an BALANCE EC unit in punggol/sengkang (if any) after 2 years where my 4 room HDB flat in Yishun will be of 5 years.
I'm in doubt of the 15% downpayment, can this 15% be in contra when i sell off my 4 room? After selling off my 4 room, i think i have about 200k which will be sufficient. Can this be done?
