Hi, i'm helping my boss to look for a 3rm condo in D15/bukit timah area. Only need to rent for 1 and half month to 2 month as his hse is doing renovation soon.

Tenant Profile: East indie (Singaporean) family or 3 plus a maid.

Preferably not more than $4k & fully furnished.

Hi J,

Rental period of less than 6 months is not allowed by law.
You may want to look for alternatives such as service apartment.
