Hi,

I'm currently considering Northvale and Mi Casa, may I know which would be a more appropriate purchase in the long run.

For Mi Casa, I'm looking 2 bdrm unit preferably pool view or garden view at a reasonable price.

Anyone have any unit available ?

hi Mr Ong,
For me, Mi Casa is a more appropriate purchae because it brand new and havent TOP. There is more rooms for Mi Casa to appreciate in value.
i got few units of 2 bedders at Mi Casa.
