Hi.
I'm a Singaporean with gross salary of about $3k/month & my husband is a non-citizen with a salary range of about $6k to $12k a month depending on sales commission.
We have some savings set aside to purchase our 1st property in Singapore, it may be sufficient for a resale hdb, but not a private condo downpayment.
We are looking for at least a 3 bedroom flat. Are we eligible for a resale flat or is buying a private property, our only option?
Please kindly advice.
We are also trying to get a housing agent to assist us with the housing hunting if we are eligible to purchase a resale house.
What would be some of the characteristic to look out for in a good property agent?
