Hi. Im a singaporean and my wife is a PR. Currently ive a hdb and a condo.

Im planning to buy a landed property. With the recent measures, do i have to dispose my hdb if i intend to buy a inter terrace? If not, can the property be put under my name and my spouse?

Both my properties are still under mortage. I heard that i can only get 70% bank loan. What if i dispose of my condo after the purchase of the landed property? Does it mean that the bank can still loan me at 80%?

Lastly,can someone direct me to the relevant websites so that i am able to get the relevant infor as im hearing differnt things from different people.
