I'm a prospective tenant. I'm looking for a 3-BR condo unit for rental along Upper Bukit Timah. My budget is $2200 to $2800 (2-year lease).I don't want a ground floor unit. Prefer square or rectangular layout.
I expect to move in end of January. Accessibility to public transport (bus and/or mrt) is a must. I'm looking at some of the below condos.
1) Bukit Regency
2) The Hillside
3) Symphony Heights
4) Hillview Heights
5) Espa
Please get back to me if you have units (now or in the near future). I won't be able to pay agent fees.
