Hi , I'm a new PR holder since this year and my wife is a PR holder for many years already (10 years) . Are we eligible to buy a resale HDB given the new rules? Wasnt sure if both need to be more than 3 years holder.

Evening,

As per current ruling, both PR are required to fulfill 3 years before they are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. Guess you will have to wait it out for another 2 plus years.
