Hi, I'm 35 Singaporean married to a foreigner and have a child. Both of them are holding foreign citizenship and has no long term visit pass. I am working overseas but my name is in a hdb flat currently with my Dad who is a widower. What are my options if I want to own a hdb flat in Singapore?
