Hi i would like to check if it is possible to rent a 2-3 bed room apartment for a foreign family (relatives) for short term? say 3-6 months, 2.5 K. what are the procedures to make that happen. if not what are the alternatives.

Hi sir
For private property, minimum rental is 3 months while for HDB is 6 months. Do note that your relatives must have a valid pass covering the rental period and tourist are not allowed to rent. For HDB, more regulations on work permit holder applies. Do PM me at 93375051  for more enquiries on this.
