Hi, I would like to buy a private property( for investment purpose). If i buy and sell the proerty within 4 to 5 years, is it advisable to purchase with all the overhead of stampduty etc. Also i'm looking for a property near the central area. how much does an apartment of 1000 sq.ft to 1200 sqft costs

You might like to divest one before investing in some more..

There is an exciting project ripple bay at pasir ris coming up soon with seaview and Palau Ubin fantastic island view. The condo finishings will be good. And feAtures and facilities are fantastic

Also east coast seaview condos easily 1500-2000psf for new launches. This condo average psf is 870psf... The potential upside appreciation is a lot as pasir does not have a lot of mid sized sea view projects.

Mcl land believes in helping customers making money as they price usually below market price. Also the customers after so many years are happy with mcl land especially the appreciation
