Hi, I would like to ask a question about selling HDB before MOP. It is a BTO 4 room unit at Punggol, about 1.5 years after moving in. If the couple is getting divorced, is it better to sell the unit after MOP to avoid losses? Or is there a way to sell the house before that? If the husband is going to be 35 years old in 2017, is it possible to switch the ownership to him instead? Thank you.
