How about other estates if you feel that the flats in Jurong are old? The key thing we always note is that land is scarce in Singapore, and supply is also not at all time high thus if you have specific needs like location, flat type and down to lease balance of property or even the orientation of unit, it is not a matter of having the finances to do so or not, because there may not be a suitable unit on sale.
