hi, I'm a singaporean and my wife is a PR. We currently jointly owned a pte condo. If we buy a landed ppty with both our names, will my wife, being a PR has to pay stamp duty since this will be her 2nd ppty. If stamp duty payable, how much must she pay?

Hi there,

As Stanley mentioned, you have to apply for approval from Land Dealings Unit if your landed property is jointly owned. While for ABSD wise, you can apply for remission but its subject to approval.
