I have viewed a property(condo) recently and I wish to propse an offer. However onc hecking with the agent, I understand that the owner has not done any valuation and doesnt wish to do one.
Is it optional to get valuation done for a condo? If yes, then in this case how do I do about proposing an offer as I cant just match what the owner has quoted.
