Are both of you 55 years old and above? If yes, you can purchase resale HDB 4-room size and below immediately no issue.

If neither of you are 55 years old yet, your sister has to buy under her name first and can add in your name 15 months later. She has to be 35 years old and above, single, so to be eligible under the Single Singaporean Citizen Scheme to buy under her own sole name.

Dear madam,

I believe you have also posted a similar question here yesterday which we have also addressed. You need to be 55 years old and above to be eligible to purchase a resale HDB after selling your condo and the HDB has to be 4 room or smaller. If you are below 55 years old, then you will be required to wait for 15 months before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB. Your sister can purchase the HDB if she fulfills the eligibility criteria. In order to nominate you as a joint owner thereafter, it has to be approved by HDB.

both of you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB up to 4rm flat if you guys are 55 years old and above if not you will have to observe 15 months waiting period to be eligible under joint singles scheme.

Unless your sister is eligible to purchase under single singapore citizen scheme if not have to wait.
