Hi, I have just bought an studio unit at Prestige Heights. Just like to get some advice from the experts here.How possible can I rent out my unit at $2.8k-$3k with full furnish? What is the market trend for this area?

Joel is absolutely right. We need to know how big is your apartment before being able to know if it is feasible to rent out at your quoted price.
