Hi, I have just bought a new condo unit and the project will only complete in 4 years time. I intend to sell off my HDB flat to offset some of the loan amount. Should I do it now while the market is still good and rent a flat? My concern is if I were to sell my flat 3-4 years later, the market would have been curbed by then and I may not fetch a good price.
