No one can predict the market. But the fact for now is you can fetch a good price for your unit currently.
There is no harm to try to sell your unit now. Who knows, you may meet a buyer that is willing to match your desired selling price. There are still lots of buyers out there, especially young couples who are aiming for a good primary school (Rulang Pri) for their kids.
