Hi, I have a condo that is solely under my name currently and would like to add someone as co-tenant/owner. How can I get it done quickly and what sort of fees am I looking at? Also, if the intended co-tenant already owns a property, would there be any additional fees she and/or I will incur?

Hi,

You need to get a lawyer to help you in this legal issue. The charges difference betwwen legal firm.
if the co-owner already owns a property, there will be additional stamp duty incur. example, if this is the second property for co-owner(Singaporean), he/she will need to pay 7% of the property.
