Hi, I have a 5 room flat. The selling price is about 460k. My remaining loan is 195k. How much in cash can I keep after the duty stamp,agent fee, lawyer fee and other misc fees deduction if I decide to get a resales flat at 550k ( assuming I getting a bank loan of 300k, the remaining balance will be paid off from the profit I gained from selling the current flat and from my cpf).
