Hi, I currently lived in a resale HDB 5-room flat which I bought 4 yrs ago. I was a first timer and I took the CPF grant of 30k. I'm now interested in applying for a 4-room BTO flat which is estimated to be completed in 2018. Am I eligible to do so? I understand that I will no longer be able to enjoy the grant. Currently our gross household income is less than 10k as I'm not working. Assuming that my BTO application is successful and after which I return to the workforce and the combined household income is more than 10k. What will be the implication?
