Hi,

1)You are eligible to buy a resale HDB / resale EC / Condo.

As you and your daughter are holding SPR, you can buy a resale HDB.

2)You can get a bank loan. under MAS regulations, you can only loan up to 80% of the house value.

3)As your daughter has not reach the age of 21yrs old to sign legal documents, you can purchase the property under your name (for resale HDB). Both you and/or your husband (for resale EC and condo).
