I will recommend you to speak to my banker/s first so he can advise you on your in principle approval. In this way, you will be able to gauge how much loan can you obtain based on your income.
Btw do take note that you can only obtain up to 80% and you have come out with initial outlay of around 28% of the purchase price.
1) 20% downpayment (5% cash and 15% CPF or cash)
2) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
3) 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR
