Good morning buyer,

Perhaps let me run through a full detailed financial plan with you first then we explore what are your options. Because of your $600k budget, you most likely wont be able to buy a desired unit.

ABSD applicable to you as SPR will be 5%.

Thus your initial outlay will be:
1) 5% cash downpayment
2) 15% cash or CPF downpayment
3) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
4) 5% ABSD
5) $3000 legal fees etc

So you need to have at least 28% of purchase price as initial outlay.

By the way, have you speak to any banker in regards to your in principle approval?

The breakdown for PR first purchase as follows:
Cash 5%
Cpf 15%
Max bank loan 80%
Stamp duties and legal approx 8%
