Hi, I am Singapore PR and living abroad, now visiting Singapore with family need short term contract (ONE MONTH) accommodation with two bed room and Fully furnish neat and clean Condo or HDB apartment in good location.
My preferred areas are Holand Village, Clemanti, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, YeeTee and Bedok.

Hi, minimum lease in Singapore has to be at least 6 months. For your case, you may like to google and try for Air BnB, or go for a service apartment.
